How to get to the new city:
Complete Main Story Quest you'll be in Heavensward Main Story Quest


How to fly:
1. Proceed with Main Story Quest up to Divine Intervention to obtain Aether compass

2. You'll need to attune to the Aether Current (similiar to teleport Aethernet)
