It seems a little cramped like, there's no space out the front of the houses? We have a lake and a marketboard and area currently.

Yeah it does seem cramped.  The current fc house has a really really good spot. i think the best spot in the ward. but shirogane has the new area hype


is there anyway of beating the system and keeping the old fc house just in case the new area doesn't turn out well if the fc moves and doesnt like it

Potentially, if some FC members create another FC using alts and sell the plot to them for safe keeping. Or have the alt FC buy the new plot to see how that works out. I'd imagine there'd still be a ton of gil lost in the re-selling process and buying/demolishing houses.

Then there's always a chance they will allow FCs have more than one house in the expansion - I think SE have mentioned they'll do that some time in the future.

However the detail of how to was not mentioned.

Be good to see how it is first, as you have said Tiger we have been in Goblet forever and its a good spot, the spot in the new place would have to be better to be worth moving
