Still playing FFx-2 and dark souls 2, I just can't pick one. And I still haven't finished lightning returns.

PLUS! I just got ff9, haven't played in forever

Ohhh that reminds me I found Silent Hill 2 but haven't actually replayed it yet. I think this is just out of fear :S

Was at Waihi Beach playing Silent Hill 1 with all the lights off, the fire department siren went off down the road sounding exactly like the siren in the game. We had to stop playing before me or the girlfriend had heart attack.

I would play Dark Souls except I would rage too hard and destroy the world.

It's not that hard anymore.

And I still haven't finished lightning returns.

Thats because it's the most tedious horseshit ever

I play it for story.
But I do agree

Jeez if that doesn't put me off the game! I might give it a miss until I see it in a bargain bin for $15 I found many parts of FF13 series fairly tedious especially the character dialogue at many points.

Xenonauts! If you played X-COM: Enemy Unknown or X-COM: Terror from the deep and liked these games. Shut up right now! And go get this game.

It is THE spiritual successor to these games, in a way that UFO: Afterlight/Aftermath/Aftershock never really managed to capture.

10/10 rating, they have started opening up the ENTIRE game code to the modding community, pretty much ensuring that this game will live on for the next 20+ years via whatever mods the rather fanatic community can create.

Don't bother 1, there's a nice recap video on Youtube that explains everything in detail.

I had Witcher 2 sitting in my Steam library for months.... huge regret not playing it earlier, such an amazing game. So dark and interesting :D

Everyone says don't bother with 1, but it's actually really good. Though some non-Steam tweaking is required to make it spectacular (as in HD graphics etc).

Yeah....I loaded up Witcher 1 at one point, and it looked like total arse. It hasn't aged well. It didn't occur to me to hunt out some mods for it.

I want to play it - I felt that the Witcher 2 tutorial was a bit light given the complexity of the game, and I think that playing the first game would probably help that a lot.

The problem with Witcher 1 is the clunky combat and terrible voice acting imo, game hasn't aged well even with mods imho. The leap from 1 to 2 is amazing, devs deserve nothing but praise for the amount of work put into 2. Easily one of my favourite rpg's, up there with DA Origins and the Mass Effect trilogy.

By the time I've got home gotten settled in and had dinner maintenance will be over. As much as I want to finish Xenonauts I don't think it's gonna happen :)

Damnit that's the exact reason I've not played Last of Us, I hate being scared. Really want to play out the story though

I may or may not have had my brother do certain things in certain games.
He may or may not have laughed at me.
