Title: Gain Company Actions with Aetherial Wheel Stand

You can now gain company action through Aetherial Wheel Stand (http://xivdb.com/?item/8838/Level-1-Aetherial-Wheel-Stand) in company house.


When you have Aetherial Wheel Stand in your house you can put in Aetherial, after sometime they'll be charged and turn into Primed.  With that you can convert them to company actions.
Grade 1 means you can make lvl 1 company action.
