How to get to the new city:
Complete Main Story Quest you'll be in Heavensward Main Story Quest
How to fly:
1. Proceed with Main Story Quest up to Divine Intervention to obtain Aether compass
2. You'll need to attune to the Aether Current (similiar to teleport Aethernet)

3. You'll need to finish story mission to a certain point to unlock Aether Current quest
