With all that said, welcome to Desynthesis.
There are three things you can desynthesis, Equipment, Furniture and Fish.
You can desynthesis all equipments. The item that can be desynthesis will be mentioned in the description.
Once you reached level 50 in craft you'll get 1 level in desynthesis that's when you can start desynthesis.
You can only have a total 300 level in desynthesis, if you maxed it out your other desynthesis skill will decrease.
With desynthesis you can get Demimateria back.
Clear Demimateria Tier I, 200g, Tier II 1k, Tier III ? - currently you can sell these to NPC
Fieldcraft Demimateria - you get these by desynthesis crafting or gathering equipment.
Battlecraft Demimateria - you get these by desynthesis battle class equipment.
Fieldcraft Demimateria II - obtained through desync i55 ex: Aetheryte Ring
Fieldcraft Demimateria III - obtained through desync i70
Battlecraft Demimateria III - obtained through desync i70 ex: warwolf earrings
Mastercraft Demimateria - you can get these by desynthesis Artisan or Forager equipments.
Tips on levelinglvl 1-50's exp yield is not bad you can probably do it in 2-3 days
1-20 - easy , you can buy material from vendor and desync
20-50 - medium, you can easily craft the material and desync
50-75 - hard - you can desync lvl 55 equipment exp yield decrease as level increase
From now how it's going to be a lot tougher, items can be obtained through 3 ways for goldsmith the easiest way is through dungeon.
[indent]1. Dungeon lots, some of them has 100% drop rate some don't but easy to acquire. [/indent]
[indent]2. Through PvP gears you trade with wolf mark, you can get them from FrontLines [/indent]
[indent]3. Buy or Craft the materia and desync them. Not the best method because they cost a lot.[/indent]
75-85 - you can desync lvl 70 items here, PvP's warwolf set or The Lost Cities of Amdapor, Halatali and Brayflox hard mode will give you 2 goldsmith equipment and it's 100% drop from chest all you have to do is to manage it with your party members.
85-95 - you can desync lvl 80 items here, PvP's direwolf set or Hullbreaker Isle, Tam-Tara or Stone Vigil hard mode but the drop is no longer 100% so dungeon might not be the best method.
95-100 - you can desync lvl 90 items here, PvP's hellwolf set, keep doing direwolf set although the yield is low or through desync crafted items, at this range it cost a fortune.
If your desync level is the same level as the crafted item you'll have 80% success rate on desynthesis it. Each materia you meld increase the success rate by 5%.
